To ensure receipt of proceeds / settlement in accordance with the Resolution Plan approved by NCLT, Mumbai Bench vide its Order dated 7th June, 2021, for your Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) holdings in DHFL , it
is important that your latest bank account and contact details are updated in the list of debenture holders (BENPOS).
We, therefore, request you to update your Bank Account details (Bank Name, Account No, MICR Code and IFSC), Address Mobile Number and Email ID (check spelling and domain name) in the following
manner:
Physical debenture holders are requested to update Bank Account details with the Public Issue RTA (KFin Technologies Private Limited) by providing a duly signed request letter along with a copy
of pan card, cancelled cheque (please mention the beneficiary’s NCD folio number on the reverse side of the said cheque). For this purpose, please send an e-mail to the RTA on
einward.ris@kfintech.com along with scan copies of aforementioned documents, or alternatively write to KFin Technologies Private Limited (Unit: DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION LTD), Selenium
Tower B, Plot No. 31 & 32, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad 500 032, Telangana.
Physical debenture holders are also requested to update Registered Email ID and postal address, if not yet done. For updation of postal address, please provide required KYC documents (Address and
ID proof) to the RTA as stated above.
Debenture holders via demat account are requested to keep demat account in “active” status and approach your respective Depository Participants (DP) for demat account activation (if
required). Demat account holders are also requested to check with respective DP for updating latest Bank Account details, Address, Mobile Number and Email ID, if not yet done.
