Skill Development

DHFL skill development programme has been designed to address the pressing manpower needs of the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) and construction industries. Our training centres in Kolhapur and Chandrapur districts of Maharashtra have the capacity to train more than 2000 personnel annually. In addition, we have enhanced the reach of the programme through satellite centres established in collaboration with the Gram Panchayats and Industrial Zones.

Community Live Projects

To provide an opportunity to practice newly learnt skills, DHFL’s Skill Development programme conducted 12 community live projects across both the centres. The trainees undertook a range of renovation and refurbishment activities in government schools, tribal gurukuls, gram sabha infrastructures, government institutions, etc.

The voluntary service offered by the trainees improved the community infrastructure thereby benefitting the villagers.
