Profile:
Visiting Builders in respective places for individual sourcing and APS of their projects.
Visiting Corporates for business purpose and tie ups.
Developing Connectors / Intermediaries for business.
Good communication and selling skills with special reference to Home Loans.
Should create pipeline for future business and to execute our Company policies in a systematic, professional and focused manner.
Providing marketing and sales support to all branches.
Achieving team and individual targets for home loans.
Recruitment of Sales Executives / DST / DSA's.
Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Utilize market research, public information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
Evaluate performance & monitor their sales and marketing activities.
Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.

Branch Manager / Branch In-charge. (Code: DHFLBM)
Minimum Qualification – Any Graduate, Preferably B.com
Experience – More than 5 yrs of which 3 yrs should be of Housing Finance.
Job profile –
Branch Manager is the overall In charge of the Branch and is responsible for
  • Handling entire operations of the Branch.
  • Business Generation
  • Overseeing functions like -Credit Appraisal,Legal,Technical,Accounts etc.
  • Manage and motivate the Branch team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build good relationship with customers etc.
Location – Branches all over India.
Age – Between: 28 yrs – 35 yrs
 
 

Officer / Assistant Manager – Sales :   (Code: DHFLS)
Qualification – Graduate in any stream
Experience –2 – 10 years in Housing Finance. Should have thorough knowledge of local housing market and excellent relations with the builders.
Job Profile –

  • Generation of leads for the branch / service centres.
  • Initiating and consolidating the builder tie ups
  • Organising the promotional activities at the branches.
  • Maintenance of customer contact records and enquiry entries at the branch and service centre levels etc.

Officer / Assistant Manager - Credit Appraisal (Code: DHFLCA)
Qualification – Graduate in any stream preferably Commerce Graduate .
Experience –2 – 10 years in credit appraisal of housing finance / retail finance. Preferred Age – Below 30 years.
Job profile –
  • Evaluation of credit worthiness of borrower and the home loan eligibility.
  • Scrutinizing the necessary documentations for home loan proposals.
  • Processing Home Loan Applications for Disbursement.
  • Maintaining daily MIS etc.

Officer / Assistant Manager – Accounts : (Code: DHFLA)
Qualification –Bcom Graduate.
Experience –3 – 10 years in Accounts in finance and banking industry.
Job Profile –

  • Maintenance of cash and accounts in branch.
  • Reconciliation of loan accounts and fund flow.
  • To maintain branch balance sheet and branch tax audit reports etc.

Officer / Assistant Manager - Technical (Code: DHFLT)
Qualification – Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience – 2 – 10 years in the construction sector. Preferably in the residential projects.
Job profile –
  • Review building plans as per local area norms.
  • Review construction estimate with respect to drawing, specification, and prevailing market value and certify construction cost in construction cases.
  • To visit construction sites for verification etc.

Officer / Assistant Manager - Collections and Recovery (Code: DHFLCR)
Qualification –Graduate in any stream preferably Commerce Graduate
Experience – 2 – 10 years in finance and banking industry.
Job profile –
  • Managing delinquent accounts.
  • Managing cash collections and recovery.
  • Regular follow-ups.
  • To maintain MIS of such accounts etc.
