DHFL has been bestowed the Best Strategy, Gold Award and Ms Suma Krishnakumar, Head HR, DHFL has been honoured with HR Leader, Gold Award.These two awards are a reflection of the sound strategic process and practices implemented by the company. The Change Management & Transformation process including the scaling up of our HR operations to meet the company’s dynamic needs, have contributed to the robust growth of the company.
In the Year 2009-10.The Great Place To Work Institute, India, in association with The Economic Times, conducts a yearly survey among employees and management of hundreds of companies. DHFL is ranked among India’s Top 100 Best Employers. A testimony to the sound work ethics, conducive environment and team spirit of its talented employees.
