DHFL, one of India's leading housing finance companies in the private sector has been awarded as one of the Best Corporate Brands of 2015 in the NBFC category by The Economic Times.
The summit brought together stalwarts from the industry to enable exchange of ideas and discuss the trends that will challenge and change brands and the business in the next five years.
This study was based on an extensive survey conducted by The Economic Times, along with MRSS (MRSS India is the first and only market research agency listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange) wherein the top 150 corporate brands were shortlisted on the parameters of innovation, brand value, brand recall, consumer satisfaction, customer service and quality.
The respondents were selected from 5 Lakh+ towns in 16 cities spread across four zones – North, West, East and South. The survey was carried out more or less simultaneously in all cities from September 2015 to November 2015.
